‘Satori’ Breathwork does include music carefully calibrated to all the energy centers in the body and George includes some special integrative movement and art-work afterwards to fully integrate the shift.

Private One-on-One Sessions
These are usually between 90 minutes to two hours long. The breathwork itself is about one hour in length plus time for the integration processes. It is not necessary to share any story prior to doing the breathwork - the breath does it all without the need for mental involvement. Music is carefully chosen to suit you and to vibrate with each energy center in the body in progression.

It is recommended that people do around ten sessions, but George always advises people to do one session just to experience it. Then they can decide whether or not to take the full amount likely to lead to the profound change you might be looking for. That’s not to say that one session isn’t going to be transformational in itself - it is certainly likely to be so. It just depends how far you wish to go.

Workshops
George, JoAnn and Colin (or Shari) co-facilitate a special “Inner-Journey workshop that includes ‘Satori’ Breathwork, ‘Satori’ Trance-Dance, ‘Satori’ Art Work, a Radical Forgiveness Ceremony, a Gender Healing Circle, and a whole lot more stuff of a transformational kind — 90% of it experiential.

Satori Breathwork done in a group, especially in conjunction with other process work is amazingly powerful. The group energy is incredible and everyone feels it. It truly is a group healing process even though each person is going through it as an internal experience. We create the safe space for this to happen.

‘Satori,’ is a Japanese word meaning enlightenment and insight which is exactly what you can expect to be the outcome for you if you attend one of these workshops. Satori Breathwork is very similar to Holotropic Breathwork in that it uses music and art work.
