When sending us a support request, the more information you send us means better chances that we'll solve your problem in one shot! When emailing us with a technical support request be sure to include the following information:

• The username that you chose when you signed up for your online course, membership, or free course, so that we can look up your account.
• The problem you are experiencing, and what you were doing when the problem occurred, including the exact URL of where the error occurred if applicable.
• What operating system (Windows 7, Mac OSX, etc.) you are running on your computer.
• What browser/version (Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 3.6.2, etc.) you are using.

Once you have that info, you can open a Support request here. We know that's a lot of stuff, but most of the time it will let us resolve the issue you're experiencing in one shot!
